TRAILER HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS

OUR TRAILERS ARE USUALLY NEW BRENDERUP, HUMBAUR OR WESSEX TRAILERS

ALL HIRERS MUST SUPPLY DRIVING LICENCE AND A RECENT HOUSEHOLD BILL
FOR IDENTIFICATION AT TIME OF HIRE.

DEPOSIT PAYABLE ON COLLECTION OF £100.00
(refunded when trailer is brought back in good condition)

DAILY:	up to 24 hours. Monday to Saturday am
WEEKENDS:	from Saturday am (9.00 - 13.00) RETURN Monday am (8.00 - 9.00)
WEEK:	4 - 7 days.

WE ARE CLOSED SATURDAY PM, SUNDAYS & BANK HOLIDAYS

TRAILERS CANNOT BE COLLECTED OR RETURNED OUTSIDE BUSINESS HOURS

LATE RETURN OF TRAILERS WILL BE CHARGED AS AN EXTRA DAY
(This often causes inconvenience to other hirers especially at busy times)

A Number Plate is a legal requirement and can be purchased at time of hire £10.00 + VAT.
A V5 registration document will be required if purchasing a plate from us.

COUPLING LOCKS ARE PROVIDED AND MUST BE USED AT ALL TIMES.

INSURANCE: When a trailer is attached to your towing vehicle it becomes (in law) part of the towing vehicle and has to be covered by the towing vehicles Third Party Insurance.

THE TRAILER AND GOODS ARE THE HIRERS RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL TIMES.

ALL AND ANY DAMAGE WILL BE CHARGED FOR, INCLUDING TRAILERS STOLEN WHEN ON HIRE AND PUNCTURES.

It is up to the hirer to check the condition of trailer before signing the hire contract.

NO ARGUMENTS WILL BE ENTERED INTO ON THE TRAILERS RETURN.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT OR DEBIT ONLY ACCEPTED!
Your card details will be taken on booking and a 50% non-refundable deposit will be taken should the hire be cancelled within 5 days of hire date.
